How soon will my money be refunded after a return?

After your return has been approved, you will receive a credit invoice by email.
The amount will then be refunded within 14 days to the account used for payment.

Partial returns and free shipping

If you received free or reduced shipping because your order exceeded a minimum amount, and the value of the items you keep after a partial return falls below that minimum amount, we will deduct from your refund the shipping costs that would have applied to the items you keep. We use the rate that applied at the time of your order for the shipping method you chose and your country. This happens at most once per order. If you later return the entire order, we will refund these shipping costs as well. We never charge shipping costs for defective or incorrectly delivered items.
