Return form

Not satisfied with one or more of the items you bought? You can return your order to us within 14 days. Please return the item(s) following these steps:

1. Inform us about your return shipment using the form below
2. Pack your product(s) neatly, in a solid packing
3. Attach the original order confirmation (or a copy) to the package
4. Always inform the carrier that it is a private/return shipment.
5. Please indicate the track and trace number and your courier on the return form.
6. Ship the package to the address below. Notice: we do not compensate for the shipping costs of your return.

   Shipments that aren't labeled with Returned Goods, and for which we will be charged import duties and VAT will be refused!

7. Upon arrival of your package, the items are checked and when accepted we refund the amount within 14 days.
