What is the return period?

You have 14 days after receiving your order to register and send your return via our returns portal.
The package must be shipped within 14 days after registration.

The time of delivery counts (for example, if you received your order at 10:00 AM, the deadline is 10:00 AM on the 14th day). 

Please note: During the holiday period, courier services experience increased pressure. As a result, return shipments may take longer to arrive. Therefore, do not wait too long to send your return.
