Is your purchase not quite what you expected or is the size incorrect? No problem, you can easily return your order to us. You may try on and view an item as you would in a shop, but there are some rules.

GOOD TO KNOW

  • You have 14 days from receipt of your order to register your return.
  • Are you too late? Then your order will no longer be found in the portal. In that case, always contact us first so we can see what possibilities there are.
  • After registering online, you then have 14 days to hand in your return at the post office. If you hand in the parcel after the 14 days, we will unfortunately no longer be able to process your return. The sooner you register and send in your return, the sooner it will be processed and you will receive your money back.
  • Almost all outerwear and trousers are delivered with a large yellow return label. Do not remove this until you decide to keep the item! Once this vignette has been removed, there is no way we can return the item.
  • Returns are at your own risk and expense.
  • If you return part of your order, we will only refund the amount of the returned items and not other costs such as shipping costs.
  • If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please always contact us a.s.a.p. and include photos of the product and the labels so we can see which item/defect is concerned.

STEP BY STEP GUIDE:

1. Check your items

√ Has the return period of 14 days after receipt not expired

√ Is the yellow return label (in the case of outerwear and trousers) and all price tags still attached?

√ Is the article unworn and therefore not dirty, damaged or creased?

2. Submit your return online

Enter your own postcode and the full order number (including letters) in the portal to which you can start the return. You can choose to purchase a DPD shipping label via the portal. If you choose this option, print the shipping label. You can download this immediately and it will also be sent to you by e-mail (please check your e-mail address and any spam mail).

You can also choose another carrier outside the portal. We always advise you to send the parcel insured. The DPD label via the portal insures your parcel up to €500.

3. Pack your return

√ Fold the items neatly and close all zips and buttons. Because of the technical materials it is important not to cause serious creases and wrinkles, as these can damage the product.

Then pack the items back in their original packaging and put them in the shipping bag or box. Another bag or box is also fine, as long as it is sturdy so that it arrives undamaged

√ If you have items from several orders that you wish to return, you may simply return them in 1 parcel

√ Put the enclosed packing slip/order confirmation (or a copy) in the parcel

√ Stick the DPD shipping label on the parcel.

If you have chosen to send via another carrier, please write the return address on the parcel:

Skistore Swing

De Opslach 3

4. Shipping

Hand over your return at a DPD parcel point or a carrier of your choice.

Returning (part of) your order is at your own risk. Keep the proof of delivery until we have received and processed your package.

Please note! After registering your return online, you have 14 days to return your parcel to the postal service. If you return the parcel after these 14 days, we will unfortunately no longer be able to process your return.

5. Refund

You will receive confirmation by e-mail when your return has been received and processed.

This is usually within a few days after your order has been delivered to us. The money will then be refunded to the account you paid with within a week after confirmation (usually longer for credit card payments). If you have chosen to pay afterwards, this will be adjusted on your Klarna invoice.

Please note! If you return part of your order, we will only refund the amount of the returned items and not other costs such as shipping costs.

The Helly Hansen Emiko Insulated Jacket is a women's insulated ski jacket for resort skiing, snowboarding, park laps and city wear. It combines a waterproof, windproof and breathable HELLY TECH Professional membrane with 80 g PrimaLoft Black insulation. A design inspired by Japanese styling, a helmet-compatible hood and a RECCO reflector complete it.

Who is the Helly Hansen Emiko Insulated Jacket for?

The Emiko Insulated Jacket suits women who ski groomed runs, ride a snowboard or lap the park, and who want one warm ski jacket that also works in town. It is not built for ski touring or other uphill skiing. The 80 g insulation is fixed and the jacket weighs 785 g, so it runs hot on the climb. It is also not designed for technical high-alpine or climbing use. On mild spring days or high-exertion days the built-in insulation may be too warm.

How warm and weatherproof is the Emiko Insulated Jacket?

Warmth in the Helly Hansen Emiko Insulated Jacket comes from 80 g PrimaLoft Black insulation, built in and not removable. The HELLY TECH Professional membrane keeps snow, rain and wind out while letting moisture escape. A water-repellent treatment on the 100% polyester shell helps water run off the surface. An adjustable powder skirt, adjustable cuffs and a soft fleece chin guard close the gaps where snow and cold air get in.

Which size of the Emiko Insulated Jacket should I choose?

Helly Hansen gave the Emiko Insulated Jacket adjustments for a tailored fit: an adjustable waist, adjustable cuffs, an adjustable powder skirt and a hood that adjusts vertically and horizontally, also over a helmet. Articulated elbows give freedom of movement. Because the insulation is built in, this women's ski jacket is not meant as a light shell over your own midlayers. Compare your body measurements with the size chart on this product page before you order.

How is the Helly Hansen Emiko Insulated Jacket constructed?

The Helly Hansen Emiko Insulated Jacket brings four elements together in one women's insulated ski jacket. A 100% polyester shell fabric with a water-repellent treatment forms the outside. A HELLY TECH Professional membrane handles waterproofing, wind protection and breathability. 80 g PrimaLoft Black insulation provides the warmth, and a 100% polyester lining finishes the inside. The result is a complete, ready-to-wear ski jacket of 785 g: you put it on over your base layer and go, rather than building a system from a separate shell and midlayer.

How does the Emiko Insulated Jacket perform on the piste and in the park?

The Emiko Insulated Jacket is designed for resort days, snowboarding and park laps. The helmet-compatible hood adjusts vertically and horizontally, so it follows your head when you turn to check the slope behind you. A neon colour brim on the hood adds visibility. The adjustable powder skirt keeps snow out after a fall or a session in deep snow, and the soft fleece chin guard sits comfortably against your face when the jacket is zipped up. A ski pass pocket keeps your pass ready for the lift gate, and a RECCO reflector is built in. The Emiko Insulated Jacket stops where the terrain turns uphill: with fixed 80 g insulation and a weight of 785 g, it runs hot on skin tracks and is a poor choice for ski touring, technical high-alpine routes or climbing.

Which pockets does the Emiko Insulated Jacket have?

The Helly Hansen Emiko Insulated Jacket has a chest pocket, two hand pockets with secure zipper closure and laminated pocket flaps, a zipped inner chest pocket, a ski pass pocket and an inside stash pocket. The zipped inner chest pocket suits a phone or wallet, while the inside stash pocket takes larger items such as gloves or goggles. The laminated flaps over the hand pockets help keep snow out of the zips.

Can I wear the Emiko Insulated Jacket in the city?

Helly Hansen positions the Emiko Insulated Jacket for city and everyday winter wear as well as for the slopes. The design is inspired by Japanese styling, and the logos are printed. The built-in 80 g PrimaLoft Black insulation means this insulated ski jacket works as a stand-alone winter coat on cold days in town.

What is the Emiko Insulated Jacket made of, and how do I care for it?

Shell fabric and lining of the Helly Hansen Emiko Insulated Jacket are both 100% polyester, and the main material is bluesign. Close all zippers and hook-and-loop fastenings before washing, use a liquid detergent and skip fabric softener. Do not soak the jacket. Tumble dry it after washing to reactivate the water-repellent treatment on the shell. Wash dark colours separately. Some fading may occur on bright colours such as Ultra Violet, and the printed logos must not be ironed.
