Is your purchase not quite what you expected or is the size incorrect? No problem, you can easily return your order to us. You may try on and view an item as you would in a shop, but there are some rules.

GOOD TO KNOW

  • You have 14 days from receipt of your order to register your return.
  • Are you too late? Then your order will no longer be found in the portal. In that case, always contact us first so we can see what possibilities there are.
  • After registering online, you then have 14 days to hand in your return at the post office. If you hand in the parcel after the 14 days, we will unfortunately no longer be able to process your return. The sooner you register and send in your return, the sooner it will be processed and you will receive your money back.
  • Almost all outerwear and trousers are delivered with a large yellow return label. Do not remove this until you decide to keep the item! Once this vignette has been removed, there is no way we can return the item.
  • Returns are at your own risk and expense.
  • If you return part of your order, we will only refund the amount of the returned items and not other costs such as shipping costs.
  • If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please always contact us a.s.a.p. and include photos of the product and the labels so we can see which item/defect is concerned.

STEP BY STEP GUIDE:

1. Check your items

√ Has the return period of 14 days after receipt not expired

√ Is the yellow return label (in the case of outerwear and trousers) and all price tags still attached?

√ Is the article unworn and therefore not dirty, damaged or creased?

2. Submit your return online

Enter your own postcode and the full order number (including letters) in the portal to which you can start the return. You can choose to purchase a DPD shipping label via the portal. If you choose this option, print the shipping label. You can download this immediately and it will also be sent to you by e-mail (please check your e-mail address and any spam mail).

You can also choose another carrier outside the portal. We always advise you to send the parcel insured. The DPD label via the portal insures your parcel up to €500.

3. Pack your return

√ Fold the items neatly and close all zips and buttons. Because of the technical materials it is important not to cause serious creases and wrinkles, as these can damage the product.

Then pack the items back in their original packaging and put them in the shipping bag or box. Another bag or box is also fine, as long as it is sturdy so that it arrives undamaged

√ If you have items from several orders that you wish to return, you may simply return them in 1 parcel

√ Put the enclosed packing slip/order confirmation (or a copy) in the parcel

√ Stick the DPD shipping label on the parcel.

If you have chosen to send via another carrier, please write the return address on the parcel:

4. Shipping

Hand over your return at a DPD parcel point or a carrier of your choice.

Returning (part of) your order is at your own risk. Keep the proof of delivery until we have received and processed your package.

Please note! After registering your return online, you have 14 days to return your parcel to the postal service. If you return the parcel after these 14 days, we will unfortunately no longer be able to process your return.

5. Refund

You will receive confirmation by e-mail when your return has been received and processed.

This is usually within a few days after your order has been delivered to us. The money will then be refunded to the account you paid with within a week after confirmation (usually longer for credit card payments). If you have chosen to pay afterwards, this will be adjusted on your Klarna invoice.

Please note! If you return part of your order, we will only refund the amount of the returned items and not other costs such as shipping costs.

Product information
  • 130 flex plus 54° walk mode for free-touring
  • BOA® H+i1 with 2 buckles and 50 mm power strap
  • Tech pin inserts and mounted GRIPWALK® soles
  • 130 flex is too stiff for beginners and light skiers
  • 100 mm MV last: not for wide, high-volume feet
  • Downhill-first: not a lightweight touring boot

The Lange Code 130 BOA MV GW is a freeride ski boot with a 130 flex, a medium-volume 100 mm last at size 26.5 and a walk mode with a 54° range of motion. It is made for strong skiers who want downhill power off the piste. Tech pin inserts and GRIPWALK® soles let you skin up for free-touring and walk to the lift.

Who are the Lange Code 130 BOA MV GW ski boots for?

These ski boots suit strong, experienced freeriders who ski hard and add skinning or hiking to reach their lines. The 130 flex is stiff and needs forceful, skilled input. Beginners and lighter skiers are better off with a softer boot. For long, frequent ascents with minimal weight, a dedicated lightweight touring boot is the better choice, because the Code 130 BOA MV GW puts the descent first.

How does the Lange Code 130 BOA MV GW perform downhill and uphill?

For the descent, the Lange Code 130 BOA MV GW pairs a polyether DUAL CORE shell and a Lyfran cuff with a 130 flex and a REACTIVE BOOST tongue. The ACTIVE BLADE mechanism switches between ski mode and walk mode. The FRICTION FREE HINGE gives 54° of cuff movement for skinning and hiking. The CORE CUSTOM liner has full PrimaLoft® insulation.

Which size of the Lange Code 130 BOA MV GW should I choose?

Measure your foot length in Mondopoint and choose the matching shell: 25X = 25/25.5, 26X = 26/26.5, 27X = 27/27.5 and 28X = 28/28.5. The MV last measures 100 mm at size 26.5, which is a medium volume. Wide, high-volume feet need a different last. Narrow, low-volume feet may find it roomy. The BOA® Fit System featuring H+i1 gives micro-adjustable heel hold, and the fully customizable liner can be customized to your foot. Have the Lange Code 130 BOA MV GW fitted in store before your first day out.

How is the Lange Code 130 BOA MV GW ski boot built?

The shell of the Lange Code 130 BOA MV GW is made of polyether in DUAL CORE construction, in which a softer plastic core is sandwiched within more rigid plastic. A Lyfran cuff sits on top of that shell. The closure has three elements. The BOA® Fit System featuring H+i1 wraps the foot uniformly in multiple directions and adjusts in very small steps. Two aluminium buckles and a 50 mm DYNAMIC STRAP + CAM LOCK power strap complete the closure.

Inside the Lange Code 130 BOA MV GW sits the CORE CUSTOM liner. The liner is fully (100%) customizable. It uses an asymmetrical one-piece toe box and is insulated throughout with PrimaLoft®. Lange describes its fit as alpine performance snugness, which means a close hold around the foot that suits a 130-flex boot.

Can you go free-touring in the Lange Code 130 BOA MV GW?

The Lange Code 130 BOA MV GW is built for free-touring, which means skinning or hiking to reach a descent. It has tech pin inserts for tech bindings. The ACTIVE BLADE walk mechanism releases the cuff in walk mode, and together with the FRICTION FREE HINGE this gives a 54° range of motion for the uphill stride. In ski mode, ACTIVE BLADE locks the cuff with an overlapped spine feel.

The Lange Code 130 BOA MV GW is no longer the right choice when ascents become long and frequent. It is a downhill-oriented freeride boot with a 130 flex and alpine-style buckles, and touring is a secondary capability. If you spend most of your day climbing and want minimal weight, a dedicated lightweight touring boot suits you better.

How do the Lange Code 130 BOA MV GW ski boots work on the piste and on the way to the lift?

On groomed runs, the Lange Code 130 BOA MV GW skis as a stiff 130-flex alpine boot. Its mounted GRIPWALK® soles have a thick rubber tread, a convex toe profile and integrated stiff pads. Lange states a full Alpine release function for these soles. The rubber tread and convex toe are there for walking to and from the lift. Ask your ski shop to check that your bindings are compatible with GRIPWALK® soles before your first day out.

What is the Lange Code 130 BOA MV GW made of?

The Lange Code 130 BOA MV GW uses four main materials. The shell is polyether, which Lange specifies for temperature stability and durability. The cuff is Lyfran, which Lange chose for its lightness. The buckles are aluminium, and the thermal insulation in the liner is PrimaLoft®. Because the CORE CUSTOM liner is fully customizable, a boot fitter can adapt it to the shape of your foot. The boot comes in Blue, in shell sizes 25X, 26X, 27X and 28X.
