Is your purchase not quite what you expected or is the size incorrect? No problem, you can easily return your order to us. You may try on and view an item as you would in a shop, but there are some rules.
GOOD TO KNOW
- You have 14 days from receipt of your order to register your return.
- Are you too late? Then your order will no longer be found in the portal. In that case, always contact us first so we can see what possibilities there are.
- After registering online, you then have 14 days to hand in your return at the post office. If you hand in the parcel after the 14 days, we will unfortunately no longer be able to process your return. The sooner you register and send in your return, the sooner it will be processed and you will receive your money back.
- Almost all outerwear and trousers are delivered with a large yellow return label. Do not remove this until you decide to keep the item! Once this vignette has been removed, there is no way we can return the item.
- Returns are at your own risk and expense.
- If you return part of your order, we will only refund the amount of the returned items and not other costs such as shipping costs.
- If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please always contact us a.s.a.p. and include photos of the product and the labels so we can see which item/defect is concerned.

STEP BY STEP GUIDE:
1. Check your items
√ Has the return period of 14 days after receipt not expired
√ Is the yellow return label (in the case of outerwear and trousers) and all price tags still attached?
√ Is the article unworn and therefore not dirty, damaged or creased?
2. Submit your return online
Enter your own postcode and the full order number (including letters) in the portal to which you can start the return. You can choose to purchase a DPD shipping label via the portal. If you choose this option, print the shipping label. You can download this immediately and it will also be sent to you by e-mail (please check your e-mail address and any spam mail).
You can also choose another carrier outside the portal. We always advise you to send the parcel insured. The DPD label via the portal insures your parcel up to €500.
3. Pack your return
√ Fold the items neatly and close all zips and buttons. Because of the technical materials it is important not to cause serious creases and wrinkles, as these can damage the product.
Then pack the items back in their original packaging and put them in the shipping bag or box. Another bag or box is also fine, as long as it is sturdy so that it arrives undamaged
√ If you have items from several orders that you wish to return, you may simply return them in 1 parcel
√ Put the enclosed packing slip/order confirmation (or a copy) in the parcel
√ Stick the DPD shipping label on the parcel.
If you have chosen to send via another carrier, please write the return address on the parcel:
Skistore Swing
De Opslach 3

4. Shipping
Hand over your return at a DPD parcel point or a carrier of your choice.
Returning (part of) your order is at your own risk. Keep the proof of delivery until we have received and processed your package.
Please note! After registering your return online, you have 14 days to return your parcel to the postal service. If you return the parcel after these 14 days, we will unfortunately no longer be able to process your return.
5. Refund
You will receive confirmation by e-mail when your return has been received and processed.
This is usually within a few days after your order has been delivered to us. The money will then be refunded to the account you paid with within a week after confirmation (usually longer for credit card payments). If you have chosen to pay afterwards, this will be adjusted on your Klarna invoice.
Please note! If you return part of your order, we will only refund the amount of the returned items and not other costs such as shipping costs.

- Flex 65: easy flexing for skiers aged 12 and under
- Junior last and cuff shaped for smaller calves
- JUNIOR GRIPWALK® soles: rubber tread for walking
- Flex 65: less support for powerful, heavier juniors
- No low tech inserts: not for pin touring bindings
- Check binding fit: optimised for Junior GRIPWALK®
The Lange RSJ 65 is a junior alpine ski boot with an easy-flexing flex index of 65. It is built for junior racers and all-mountain skiers aged 12 and under. The Lange RSJ 65 ski boot is junior-specific from shell to sole: a junior last, junior cuff and Control Fit junior liner are shaped for smaller calves and feet, and JUNIOR GRIPWALK® soles make walking easier.
Who are the Lange RSJ 65 junior ski boots for?
The Lange RSJ 65 suits children aged 12 and under who ski on the piste, ski all-mountain or are starting out in junior racing. The easy flex lets lighter young skiers bend the boot and steer the ski. The Lange RSJ 65 is not the right ski boot for skiers older than 12. It is also not for strong or heavier junior racers who need a stiffer boot. It does not suit ski touring either, because it has no low tech inserts and does not work with tech (pin) bindings.
How stiff is the Lange RSJ 65 ski boot?
The Lange RSJ 65 has a flex index of 65, which Lange describes as easy flexing. Four aluminium buckles and a 30 mm power strap close the shell and cuff around the foot and lower leg. In practice, flex 65 gives growing skiers support and control without demanding much force. Powerful or heavier juniors will find it softer than a stiffer race boot.
Which size of the Lange RSJ 65 should I choose?
The Lange RSJ 65 uses Mondopoint shell sizing, and Skistore Swing sells it in size 25.5. The junior last is shaped for smaller feet and calves, and the liner has an asymmetrical one-piece toe box. Measure your child's foot length in centimetres (Mondopoint) while standing. Then have the boot fitted in store with ski socks before the first day on snow.
How is the Lange RSJ 65 junior ski boot built?
The Lange RSJ 65 brings together three junior-specific parts under the ANATOMIC JUNIOR FIT concept. The shell is a junior mono-injection shell in polyurethane, a material chosen for its abrasion resistance and mechanical properties. Above it sits the JUNIOR CUFF in polyolefin, a material Lange uses for its low weight. Inside the Lange RSJ 65 ski boot is the Control Fit liner, a junior liner type with an asymmetrical one-piece toe box. Shell, cuff and liner are designed together for the smaller calves and foot shapes of skiers aged 12 and under.
What do the JUNIOR GRIPWALK® soles on the Lange RSJ 65 do?
The Lange RSJ 65 ski boots stand on JUNIOR GRIPWALK® soles with a thick rubber tread and a convex toe profile. The rubber tread adds traction on hard ground between the car, the lift and the restaurant. The curved toe lets the foot roll more naturally with every step. Integrated stiff pads in the sole are there for optimised integration in Junior GRIPWALK®-compatible bindings. The soles are alpine soles, GRIPWALK® compatible. Check that the bindings on your child's skis are Junior GRIPWALK®-compatible, or have a ski technician check them before the boots are used.
Is the Lange RSJ 65 suitable for junior racing?
The Lange RSJ 65 is aimed at entry-level junior racing and at all-mountain skiing on the piste. With flex 65, a young racer who is still light can flex the boot forward and stay over the front of the ski. Four aluminium buckles and a 30 mm power strap hold the lower leg in the cuff. The Lange RSJ 65 junior ski boot stops where a skier gets stronger or heavier. A powerful junior racer who needs more support will be better served by a stiffer race boot. The boot is designed for skiers aged 12 and under.
Can you use the Lange RSJ 65 for ski touring?
The Lange RSJ 65 is not a ski touring boot. It has no low tech inserts, so it cannot be used with tech (pin) touring bindings. The Lange RSJ 65 is an alpine ski boot for lift-served skiing on the piste and all-mountain terrain.
What is the Lange RSJ 65 made of?
The shell of the Lange RSJ 65 is polyurethane, the cuff is polyolefin and the four buckles are aluminium. Polyurethane resists abrasion, which matters for a junior ski boot that is walked in, carried and knocked against skis and lift gates. The polyolefin cuff keeps weight down for young skiers. The Lange RSJ 65 comes in the colourway Vibrant Blue.
