- Are you too late? Then your order will no longer be found in the portal. In that case, always contact us first so we can see what possibilities there are.
- After registering online, you then have 14 days to hand in your return at the post office. If you hand in the parcel after the 14 days, we will unfortunately no longer be able to process your return. The sooner you register and send in your return, the sooner it will be processed and you will receive your money back.
- Almost all outerwear and trousers are delivered with a large yellow return label. Do not remove this until you decide to keep the item! Once this vignette has been removed, there is no way we can return the item.
- Returns are at your own risk and expense.
- If you return part of your order, we will only refund the amount of the returned items and not other costs such as shipping costs.
- If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please always contact us a.s.a.p. and include photos of the product and the labels so we can see which item/defect is concerned.

1. Check your items

√ Is the article unworn and therefore not dirty, damaged or creased?
2. Submit your return online
Enter your own postcode and the full order number (including letters) in the portal to which you can start the return. You can choose to purchase a DPD shipping label via the portal. If you choose this option, print the shipping label. You can download this immediately and it will also be sent to you by e-mail (please check your e-mail address and any spam mail).
You can also choose another carrier outside the portal. We always advise you to send the parcel insured. The DPD label via the portal insures your parcel up to €500.
3. Pack your return
√ Fold the items neatly and close all zips and buttons. Because of the technical materials it is important not to cause serious creases and wrinkles, as these can damage the product.
Then pack the items back in their original packaging and put them in the shipping bag or box. Another bag or box is also fine, as long as it is sturdy so that it arrives undamaged
√ If you have items from several orders that you wish to return, you may simply return them in 1 parcel
√ Put the enclosed packing slip/order confirmation (or a copy) in the parcel
√ Stick the DPD shipping label on the parcel.

The Mountain Studio D-5 WR Pertex Reversible Tecno Down Jacket is a women's reversible down jacket filled with 750 fill power RDS-certified down, built for cold resort ski days and for winter wear off the mountain. One side is Pertex 20D Quantum with Diamond Fuse technology; the reverse is a matte polyester face with a hydrophilic membrane rated 10,000 mm water column and 10,000 g/m²/24h. Who is this women's down jacket for?
The Mountain Studio D-5 WR suits a skier who wants one warm, low-bulk down jacket that covers cold days on the piste and then reverses into a clean matte piece for travel and town. It is not built for high-output uphill work such as ski touring, and not for scrambling or dragging gear over rock: the 20D nylon face prioritises low weight over abrasion resistance.
How warm and how weather-resistant is it?
Warmth comes from RDS-certified down at 750 fill power, which traps a lot of air for its weight and keeps bulk low. No fill weight and no temperature rating are published, so judge this down jacket as a warm layer for cold, lower-output days. Only the matte membrane side carries the 10,000 mm / 10,000 g/m²/24h rating; no figure is given for the Pertex side, and no taped seams are stated. In sustained rain, wear it under a hard shell, because wet down loses loft.
Which size should you choose?
The D-5 WR comes in XS to XL, in a women's fit that leaves room for a midlayer. No general run-small or run-large tendency is published, so work from the size chart and your chest and hip measurements. If you plan to wear thicker midlayers underneath, take one size up.
How does the reversible construction work?
The Mountain Studio D-5 WR Pertex Reversible Tecno Down Jacket is a true two-faced down jacket: the RDS-certified 750 fill power down sits enclosed between two finished outer fabrics, so there is no lining side to hide. Side A is Pertex 20D Quantum, a 100% nylon face fabric with Diamond Fuse technology. Side B is 100% polyester with a matte finish and a hydrophilic membrane rated 10,000 mm / 10,000 g/m²/24h. The hand pockets are duplicated so they work whichever way you turn the jacket, and the storm hood, chest pocket and ski pass pocket are part of the same construction. All zippers are YKK.
Is this jacket right for resort skiing or for ski touring?
On lift-served days the D-5 WR down jacket does two jobs: a warm outer layer when it is cold and dry, with the membrane side out for light snow, or a warm insulating layer under a hard shell when the weather turns. For ski touring and other sustained uphill effort it is the wrong tool — 750 fill power down with a membrane side rated 10,000 g/m²/24h moves too little moisture for climbing pace, and you will overheat. It is also not a substitute for a waterproof shell: only the smooth side carries a water column rating, and no seam sealing is stated. Treat prolonged rain or wet snow as shell weather.
What is it made of and how do you wash it?
The Pertex side is 100% nylon in a 20D weight, which keeps the jacket light and compressible but makes it vulnerable to abrasion against rock, ski edges and hardware. The reverse is 100% polyester with a matte membrane finish. Wash the jacket on an easy care programme at 30 °C, inside out, separately, with all fasteners closed and a mild detergent. Skip bleach, fabric softener, ironing and dry cleaning. Tumble dry on low with a few tennis balls so the down clusters open up again; down that stays compressed after washing will feel noticeably colder.
